Terms of Service
In plain terms. Creasewind is a single-player game you play by yourself, on your own device, for entertainment. There is nothing to buy, nothing to win, and the coins inside it are part of the game — not money, and not worth anything outside it.

1. Accepting these terms
By downloading or playing Creasewind ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or play it. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms on your own where you live, please read these with a parent or guardian.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the game; copy or republish its art, audio or code; reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it; or use it as part of another product or service.
3. In-game coins and items
Coins are earned by flying routes and completing in-game tasks. They exist only inside the game and are used to unlock paper planes, flight trails and control-button skins.
Please be clear that:
- Coins are not currency and have no cash value
- Coins cannot be purchased — the game contains no in-app purchases
- Coins cannot be sold, traded, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn
- Unlocked planes, trails and skins are cosmetic items within the game and are not property
- Nothing in the game can be won or redeemed for anything of real-world value
The game is played for entertainment only. It offers no prizes and no opportunity to gain anything of value outside the game.
4. Your saved progress
Your progress is stored on your own device and is not backed up by us. If you delete the game, change devices, or your device is lost or reset, that progress is gone and cannot be recovered by us or by you. We are not able to restore, transfer or compensate for lost progress.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to modify the game's saved data, tamper with the app, or use tools intended to alter how it behaves. There is no competitive advantage to be had — the game is single-player with no leaderboards and no other players — but a modified game may crash, lose your progress, or stop working after an update.
6. Ownership
The game, including its name, artwork, audio, level design, code and this website, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you permission to play the game; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We have made it with care and test it on the devices available to us, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults, run identically on every device, or always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, including lost progress or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects consumer rights you may have in your own country that cannot be waived by agreement.
9. Updates and availability
We may update the game to fix problems, improve how it plays, or add content. Updates are delivered through the app store you installed from, under that store's own terms. We may also stop distributing or supporting the game at any time; a copy already installed on your device will normally continue to work, as it needs no connection to run.
10. Governing terms
Your download of the game is also governed by the terms of the app store you obtained it from. Where those store terms conflict with these, the store's terms apply to the download and distribution of the app, and these terms apply to how you use the game itself.
11. Contact
